Sour cherry jam
Our beautiful sour cherry jam is a staple on our menu and is served with our cheese plate.
Every summer we head to St. Catharines, Ontario where we visit the sour cherry farmers and purchase 200 litres of sour cherries. We haul back to Toronto and make this exquisite sour cherry jam with chunks of whole cherries and zero preservatives.
No Persian table is complete without it: torshi.
